With over 15 years’ experience supporting people with weight loss and wellbeing,
I’ve always been drawn to helping people feel better in themselves — not just physically, but emotionally too. That natural shift is what led me to explore deeper, more holistic ways of supporting change. A gentle, more supportive approach
This led me to train in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Reiki — two calm, holistic approaches that support emotional balance and inner ease.
These methods allow us to work gently with the mind and body, creating change in a way that feels natural rather than forced.
What is NLP?
You can think of NLP as a gentle way of understanding how your mind works, a user manual for your brain.
It helps you become aware of how thoughts, emotions, and habits are shaped, so anxious responses, fears, and phobias can begin to disappear, creating calmer, more reassuring ways of thinking and feeling — always at a pace that feels right for you.
Training & Certification
I trained as an NLP Practitioner with Ali Campbell, an internationally recognised trainer, international best-selling author, and coach to celebrities and royalty. His practical, results-driven approach to NLP has shaped the way I support clients in overcoming anxiety, shifting limiting beliefs, and creating lasting, positive change.
I offer a calm, friendly space where you can slow down, feel truly heard, and begin to feel safer and more at ease — one step at a time. A space where you can just be you!
I work face to face from my private practice in Love Lane in Cirencester or virtual NLP sessions can be held via Zoom.
