With over 15 years’ experience supporting people with weight loss and wellbeing, I came to understand that lasting change is rarely just about food. Many people turn to eating or other habits simply to cope with stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm. What mattered most wasn’t willpower it was feeling safe, supported, and understood.
This gentle realisation led me to train in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Reiki, two calm, holistic approaches that support emotional balance and inner ease.
What is NLP?
You can think of it as a user manual for your mind. NLP helps you gently understand how your thoughts, emotions, and habits are shaped, so anxious responses, fears, and phobias can begin to soften. It supports you in creating calmer, more reassuring ways of thinking and feeling—at a pace that feels right for you.
Reiki is a deeply relaxing, energy-based therapy that helps calm the nervous system, ease emotional tension, and restore balance on a physical, emotional, and energetic level.
Today, I combine NLP and Reiki to support clients who are experiencing anxiety, phobias, stress, or feeling stuck in patterns they’d like to gently move beyond. I offer a friendly space where you can slow down, feel truly heard, and begin to feel safer and more at ease—one step at a time.
I work face to face from my private practice in Love Lane, Cirencester. Whether you’re seeking emotional relief, inner calm, or simply a quiet place to pause and breathe, you’ll be welcomed with kindness, understanding, and care.
